Labourer

PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an ongoing labourer role based on a busy construction site in Winchester. This position offers steady hours and the chance to develop your on-site skills with a reputable contractor.

• Assist tradespeople with general labouring duties (mixing cement, moving materials, site cleaning)

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely

• Maintain a tidy work area and dispose of waste in line with site procedures

• Follow site Health & Safety protocols at all times

• Valid CSCS Labourer card

• Proven experience on construction sites or similar manual-handling roles

• Good physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

• Ongoing contract with regular weekly hours
