Job Title: Labourer – Solar Farm Project
Location: East Hanningfield, Essex
Start Date: End of October 2025
Duration: 11 Months (long-term contract)
Rate: £16.25-£17.00 per hour Umbrella Payment

The Role

We are looking for reliable Labourers to join the construction of a large-scale solar farm in East Hanningfield, Essex. This is a great opportunity for steady, long-term work on one of the region’s key renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

Assisting trades and installers with solar panel installation

Moving and handling materials across site

Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

Following health & safety procedures at all times

Supporting the site team with general duties as required

Requirements

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Previous site experience preferred

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Good reliability and work ethic

Full PPE required
