Sellick partnership is currently assisting a local housing association in the recruitment of a Labourer on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Labourer will be responsible for assisting a team of operatives in their daily duties working on domestic properties across Sunderland.

Duties of the Labourer:

• Assisting the other operatives in their daily duties
• Required to get into loft spaces to roll out the materials, assisiting roofing operatives or completing washdowns on

Requirements of the Labourer:

• Experience working in lofts doing similar work or working at heights experience
• Already possess or be willing to complete Working at heights, manual handling and asbestos awareness courses
• Full UK drivers license
