Job Purpose: To support the construction team by performing general labouring duties including site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. Load and unload building materials and distribute them to appropriate locations on site. Assist tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and machine operators. Perform basic demolition, site clearing, and cleanup duties. Follow health and safety standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times. Carry out other tasks as directed by the site supervisor or foreman. Requirements: Essential: Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour in all weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
