Duties will include: General labouring duties across the housing development Assisting skilled trades and subcontractors Keeping plots, work areas and communal areas clean and tidy Moving and distributing materials around site Loading and unloading deliveries Assisting with site set-up and general housekeeping Supporting groundwork and external works when required Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Following all site health and safety procedures Carrying out other general duties as instructed by the Site Manager Requirements: Valid CSCS Card Previous experience working on a construction or new-build housing site Good understanding of site health & safety Reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work as part of a team Full PPE Two recent references Temporary
