Role Purpose The Labourer will support civil, electrical and construction teams in the delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Applicants must hold a valid Forklift Truck licence and Excavator/Digger ticket. Key Responsibilities General labouring duties. Operate forklifts safely. Operate excavators/diggers within competency and authorisation. Assist excavation, trenching and reinstatement works. Support cable installation, ducting, drainage and groundwork activities. Maintain housekeeping standards. Follow RAMS and report hazards. Working Environment Solar farm construction projects. Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sites. Electrical infrastructure and substations. Outdoor working in all weather conditions. Live construction environments with heavy plant and machinery.
