This is a high volume recruitment role where you will be dealing with lots of candidates, vacancies and tasks every day, so you need to be organised, switched on and able to prioritise when everything seems to land at once.You do not need to be an experienced recruiter. What matters more is that you are comfortable working at pace, can communicate well with people and are someone who takes responsibility for getting things done.If you have previously worked as a trainee recruitment consultant but realised the sales side was not for you, you are currently a recruitment resourcer, or you have worked in telesales and want to move into recruitment, I would definitely like to speak to you.Your experienceYou might already have recruitment experience, particularly as a resourcer, trainee recruitment consultant or administrator within a recruitment business.You may also have experience in telesales, customer service or another high volume telephone based role where you have had to speak to lots of people, manage multiple tasks and work towards deadlines.You will need to be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to candidates throughout the day.
