Labour Manager

Impact Resourcing is looking for an experienced Labour Manager to join our team! We're particulary interested in candidates with a background in the construction  recruitment industry.

Reports to Recruitment Manager 

Location Office Based 

Division Construction  

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and register candidates across the construction sector.
• Manage advertising and marketing efforts on job boards , social media and more.
• Ensure all candidates meet UK legislation requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Think creatively to fill vacancies using diverse resources
• Support the sales team with lead generation during candidate interviews
• Maintain an up-to-date databse of available candidates.
• Salary £30k + for the right candidate
