Manufacturing Operator I Location: Warrington (Onsite) Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week Days: Mon - FriHours:Mon - Thu: 07:15 - 16:00Fri: 07:15 - 11:45 Pay Rate: £14/hour We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Warrington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our filling department, operating both manual and automated equipment to help deliver high-quality products. This is a fantastic 12-month opportunity with an immediate start date, offering a stable daytime schedule and excellent overtime earning potential. Key Responsibilities Production and Equipment: Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment efficiently. Cleanroom Operations: Work comfortably in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE. Quality and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and complete all production documentation to high quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team initiatives to improve daily processes and productivity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and material handling. Note: This role involves standing for long periods and some manual handling.
