This is an opportunity to join a specialist technical environment where you''ll receive full training and develop the skills needed to support laboratory testing and manufacturing operations. You don''t need a degree or previous laboratory experience to be considered. The business is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including manufacturing, production, technical and other laboratory environments. What matters most is having a good head for maths, confidence using computers and technical equipment, and the ability to work independently while following processes accurately. The role operates on a 12-hour continental shift pattern, rotating between days and nights. The schedule follows a two-days-on, two-days-off, three-days-on, three-days-off rotation, with no more than three consecutive shifts.
