      <description>Location: Orkney | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Laboratory Technician will join the Engineering Team based in Flotta, working closely with both the Chemistry and global Service Teams. This role is focused on supporting laboratory operations and technical projects through practical, hands-on work and routine analytical testing.Primarily based in Flotta, the Laboratory Technician will assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of laboratory analyses and experimental activities. They will also support Test Hall activities and, where required, undertake site-based service work at onshore and offshore client locations.This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and detail-oriented individual to develop technical skills in a dynamic engineering and chemistry environment, with full training provided.
