Assisting and supporting the Development team in delivering new products. Key Responsibilities Laboratory Tasks: Organize the lab, ensuring labelling, materials, and fixtures are correct and of appropriate grade. Maintain good order in the laboratory, including equipment use, cleaning schedules, quality systems, and procedures. Conduct daily key equipment calibrations for development work. Liaise with contract companies to ensure cleaning, maintenance, and waste disposal procedures are followed. Create, maintain, and monitor lab cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules. Liaise with suppliers to ensure adequate stock rotation and record incoming materials for traceability. Maintain records of ingredients, processes, and procedures for full traceability of all products. Conduct all work with good laboratory practice.
