Laboratory Manager

Laboratory Manager Cheshire Full-Time Onsite An innovative biotechnology company is seeking an experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee laboratory operations, compliance, and facilities management within a growing scientific team. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and support scientific teams Oversee inventory, consumables, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships Coordinate laboratory calibration and preventative maintenance. Oversee cell line stock management, including authentication and mycoplasma testing. Act as the main contact for external contractors and site services, including facilities maintenance, waste management, PAT testing, and laboratory support services. Maintain compliance within the Quality Management System (QMS). Support audits, CAPAs, documentation, and continuous improvement activities Promote high standards of laboratory safety, quality, and organisation Ideal candidate will have: BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or related discipline Experience in laboratory management (operations) or have previous experience in a supervisory role.
