From the very first client conversation through to successful delivery, you will lead projects that balance performance, compliance, and design excellence. What you ll be doing: Meeting clients, understanding their vision, and developing tailored design solutions. Leading pitches and presentations to inspire and secure projects. Designing functional, safe, and future-ready laboratories that support a wide range of scientific activities. Collaborating with scientists, lab managers, engineers, and construction teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions. Selecting finishes, materials, and furniture that balance compliance, durability, and great design. Ensuring projects meet regulatory standards (ISO, OSHA, HandS) and embedding sustainability into every stage of design. Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and site progress to maintain design integrity. Preparing proposals, 3D renderings, and technical drawings that bring concepts to life.
