You will support the day-to-day running of the laboratory, carrying out quality checks and testing to ensure products meet required standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine laboratory testing and quality control checks. Test incoming bulk wine deliveries and production samples. Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met. Carry out production line checks, including volumes, wine parameters and labelling. Inspect raw materials against agreed specifications. Complete laboratory and QC records accurately. Take samples for external analytical and microbiological testing. Report quality issues to the appropriate manager.
