Job Title: Laboratory AssistantLocation: StockportContract: Temporary ongoing fulltime Monday to Friday 46 hours per weekSalary: 12.21ph - 6am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and 6am - 1.30pm on Friday - overtime rate at time and a half any hours after 37.5 hoursAdecco is partnering with a company based in Stockport to recruit a Laboratory Assistant. This role involves supporting wheat and flour testing.Responsibilities:Day to day analysis of Wheat and Flour in the labMaintenance of CLAS and NABIM Accreditation for the laboratoryDaily completion of lab testing and documentationVerifying product qualityCompleting customer certificatesCollection, documentation, and storage of productsComplete annual training reviewEnsure that excellent standards are established, maintained and developed making sure food safety is top priorityRequirements:Degree in something relating to laboratory testing is desired but not essentialPrior lab experience in sample preparation and testingMeticulous attention to detailTeam player with strong communication skills Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
