SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a passionate and skilled Laboratory Technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality testing services within a long-term client in Hereford. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine laboratory work including microbiological, chemical, and serological analysis Prepare media and perform testing to meet CLAS, RSA, UKAS, and DEFRA standards Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to manage tasks and data Liaise with internal and external customers to address queries and requests Ensure adherence to environmental and QA controls, as well as task schedules Participate in external Quality Assurance and Internal Quality Assurance (EQA/IQA) proficiency schemes Requirements: Proven experience or qualifications in laboratory work (Microbiological, Chemical, etc.) Ability to follow strict laboratory protocols and standards Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Ability to work efficiently in a rotating shift pattern Salary: Up to -27k per annum (-13.43 per hour) Hours of Work: (Apply online only) (...
