Lab Technician Location: FolkestonePay: 14.52 per hourShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (6:00am - 6:00pm) inclusive of weekendsTemporary ongoingThe RoleWorking for an innovative and thriving manufacturing company in Folkestone, the Laboratory Technician will be responsible for carrying out routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with required quality standards. Working within a regulated manufacturing environment, the role ensures all testing activities are completed in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), internal procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specification prior to release for production and distribution.Conduct testing of regulated products, including medical devices, in accordance with defined quality and compliance requirements.Maintain a strong quality mindset within the laboratory environment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and internal systems.Ensure all testing activities, results, and documentation are accurately recorded and maintained in line with company and regulatory expectations.Work independently to complete daily tasks assigned by supervisory staff while meeting required timelines.Support the validation and verification of new analytical methods and laboratory ..... full job details .....
