This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement in product quality, safety, and innovation as part of our next-generation vaping product strategy. You will contribute to formulation development, support product development processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role combines hands-on laboratory work with data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and prepare e-liquid formulations to address technical challenges and support continuous product improvement. Conduct routine laboratory testing using standard analytical techniques (e.g., pH, density, viscosity, NIR, UV-Vis, flash point). Produce, review, and summarise experimental and production data to support decision-making.
