Carry out planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimise downtime. Respond quickly and safely to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements, machine guarding standards, and site maintenance practices. Identify equipment risks, unsafe conditions, and opportunities for reliability improvement. Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues. Work closely with production operators, engineers, and supervisors to maintain safe and efficient operations. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in maintenance areas and around production equipment. Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, uptime, and equipment performance. Required Skills andamp; Qualifications NVQ Level 3 and/or ONC apprenticeship (or equivalent experience) in mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related discipline.
