This is a hands-on laboratory role suited to someone with a chemistry and formulation background, working alongside scientists and engineers on the preparation and development of novel materials.The Role:Working with chemicals and materials, whilst supporting the day-to-day running of their laboratoriesOperate and maintain laboratory / production equipmentPrepare, modify and optimise formulations and materials e.g. handling raw materials, following experimental procedures, evaluating results and supporting process improvementsMaintaining good laboratory practicesHelp with safety, quality and general lab operationsAbout You:A scientific degree/certification or experience involving significant practical work in a chemical wet-lab environment.Background in formulation science, formulation development, materials preparation or a related field.Strong attention to detail, safety awareness and a practical, hands-on approach.Experience with pilot-plant or production equipment would be advantageous.</description>
