Lab Admin Assistant

-13 per hour, Monday and Wednesday, 9am - 5pm, Haywards Heath, Temporary, 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), paid weekly.

The role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creatively minded individual to join a small team within a local business, to take ownership of a Marketing and Production Assistant role on a temporary basis. This will see the successful candidate be involved in the administration, stock control as well as production of marketing samples, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration for the Laboratory team including data entry, labelling, updating stock information and ordering of products and supplies
• Provide hands-on assistance with picking, weighing and mixing of ingredients
• Bottling finished samples

Requirements:

You will need to be highly organised with a fantastic eye for detail. This role is a blend of admin duties as well as hands-on phsyical work, so requires someone that will be willing to do both parts of the role. You will need to be computer literate and possess excellent administrative skills.
