Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of Tioxide Materials Ltd for 4 Laboratory Shift Analysts to join the team at their manufacturing facility in Greatham, Hartlepool, please see details below;Job Purpose: The Laboratory Shift Analyst provides a 24/7 analytical service to plant teams and other site functions, ensuring routine and non-routine testing is completed accurately, reliably and in a timely manner. The role works in accordance with approved work instructions, quality and environmental management systems, supporting the production of safe, high-quality product through accurate analysis, timely reporting, appropriate escalation and effective laboratory control. Roles and Responsibilities: Analytical Testing and Sample Preparation: Complete routine and non-routine analytical testing, sample preparation and laboratory analysis for in-process materials, raw materials, final product, trial samples, customer complaint samples, environmental samples and investigation samples. Safety and Compliance: Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, housekeeping and compliance, using COSHH and Zero Harm tools and participating in laboratory safety communications and cross-functional meetings. Results Interpretation and Reporting: Interpret, record, input and report analysis results accurately and promptly, escalating out-of-specification, non-conforming or trend-related concerns that may impact product, material or environmental quality.
