We are looking for a number of Handballers / Devanners / Container Unloaders to join our friendly team on a full time or part time basis in Sproughton, Ipswich.

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a number of Handballers / Devanners / Container Unloaders to join our friendly team on a full time or part time basis in Sproughton, Ipswich.

Shift available: Monday-Friday, 14.00-22.00 hrs

You will receive guaranteed basic pay of £12.45 per hour / £25,896.00 per annum plus 20% uplift for unsocial hours worked. Your expected salary if minimum performance target is met is c.£30,500 and you will have the ability to earn over £50,000!

This role operates on a ‘job and knock’ basis and other benefits include indoor work, minimal wrapping of stock, company pension scheme, holidays, online retail discounts, employee assistance programme, onsite parking + much more!

How will you contribute?

Reporting to a Shift Manager

Handballing / Devanning stock from containers / lorries onto pallets in an efficient way

Minimal wrapping of stock to go into an automated system

Adhering to health and safety and company guidelines

What will you bring?

Previous handballer / devanner experience preferred

Quality focussed approach to your work

Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude

Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to carry out physically demanding work

Commitment to work in accordance with health and safety and company guidelines
