The Role:As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs or EHCPs.Assist in planning and preparing learning materials, interventions, and classroom displays.Help to maintain a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.Contribute to pupil progress tracking and communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.Encourage pupils'' confidence, independence, and social development through creative and practical learning.About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.A nurturing, patient, and adaptable ..... full job details .....
