With multiple positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term role in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to raise attainment and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide classroom support across a range of subjectsWork 1:1 or in small groups with students who require additional supportAssist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom managementSupport pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs (where required)Monitor and report on student progress and engagementHelp create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentRequirementsA recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience working within a secondary school setting is desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, adaptable, and supportive approachAbility to build positive relationships with students and staffEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We OfferMultiple ..... full job details .....
