Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding and child protection policies are strictly followed. Learning and Development: Oversee the planning of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensure the key person approach is well embedded. Parent Partnerships: Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents and carers. Daily Operations: Maintain a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for all children.
