L3 Digital LecturerI am representing a college in Leeds that are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Lecturer to deliver BTEC Level 3 programmes in Computing and Data Science to Further Education learners (aged 16-18 learners).You will play a key role in inspiring students and developing their skills in programming, IT systems, and data analysis, preparing them for higher education or careers in the digital sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality teaching across Level 3 BTEC Computing and Data SciencePlan and deliver engaging lessons in:Programming (e.g. Python, C#, or similar)IT systems and networkingData analysis and data science fundamentalsAssess student work in line with BTEC assessment criteriaProvide timely and constructive feedback to support learner progressTrack and monitor student performance, attendance, and engagementSupport students with academic and pastoral needsContribute to curriculum development and continuous improvementMaintain accurate records in line with awarding body and college requirementsParticipate in team meetings, standardisation, and quality assurance processesEssential RequirementsDegree (or equivalent) in Computing, Data Science, IT, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of:Programming (e.g. Python, Java, or C#)IT systems and/or networkingData handling and analysisExperience teaching or training in a relevant subject area(or strong industry experience with a willingness to teach)Understanding of BTEC Level 3 qualifications or ..... full job details .....
