You ll play a vital role in providing 2nd line support, proactively resolving escalated incidents and service requests, and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service in line with SLAs.This is a varied role that covers End User Support, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud Services, and proactive monitoring.
