IT Support Engineer (2nd / 3rd Line) - Azure and Hyper-VThe company Our client is an established Managed Service Provider supporting a varied portfolio of business customers. They''re growing their technical team and are looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer with strong Azure and Hyper-V experience.The role You''ll provide 2nd / 3rd line support to multiple client environments, remotely and on-site. You''ll own incidents through to resolution and handle escalations from 1st line. You''ll also contribute to infrastructure and cloud migration projects.Key responsibilitiesDeliver 2nd / 3rd line support across on-premise, Azure and hybrid environmentsAdminister and troubleshoot Hyper-V hosts and virtual machinesSupport Azure infrastructure, including VMs, storage and Entra IDManage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS and DHCPSupport Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and SharePointWork tickets through an ITSM/PSA platform to SLAAssist with backup, disaster recovery and migration projectsWhat you''ll needProven 2nd line experience, ideally within an MSPStrong hands-on Hyper-V experiencePractical experience supporting Microsoft AzureSolid Windows Server and Active Directory knowledgeExperience with Microsoft 365 administrationConfident communicating with customers and prioritising a varied workloadAvailability to join an out-of-hours support rotaNice to haveAZ-104 (Azure Administrator)Experience with ConnectWise or a similar PSA/RMM toolExposure to firewalls, VPNs and ..... full job details .....
