IT Support Engineer (L1) - Formula 1 Environment - BRIXWORTH, Northamptonshire Contract | £140 per day - INSIDE IR35 | On-site | Immediate Start Are you passionate about IT and Formula 1? We re looking for a proactive Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment on an contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys solving technical issues and thrives in a dynamic team. you''ll be supporting end users across a busy operation, providing first-line support while assisting with occasional deskside requests when required. Key Responsibilities Deliver first-line IT support to end users. Triage and resolve Microsoft-related issues. Escalate complex incidents where appropriate. Provide deskside support when required. Maintain excellent customer service throughout the support process. Work closely with the wider IT team to ensure minimal disruption to users. About You Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support or Service Desk role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365. Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
