We have a Band 3 Relief Outpatient Assistant Clinic Coordinator post available. The successful candidate will be hired to support various areas within Outpatients.Role detailsMonday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00, Friday 08:30 – 16:3037.00 hours per weekResponsibilitiesWork on own initiative as well as a team player, be self-motivated and reliable with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.Deal with service users and colleagues of all disciplines in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.Be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills.Train, mentor and supervise staff.Manage patient waiting lists, book patient appointments and work with Medical / Nursing / Management to maximise capacity to ensure patients are booked appropriately.Applicants shouldread the job description and personal specification and include the necessary information in the supporting statement, including how your skills and experience relate to the role and how you would apply your learning to it.NotesPlease note that sponsorship for this post is not available.Posts close at midnight on the indicated date unless stated otherwise.
