Aberdeen City OOH Band 3 Healthcare Support WorkerOpportunities have arisen for Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our Aberdeen City HSCP Evening and Night Community Nursing Unscheduled Care Team.The Healthcare Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a high standard of patient centred care under the direction and support of the Nurse in Charge, and will be part of a team who predominately provide person centred, end of life care and symptom control for patients in their own homes, enabling them to remain in their preferred place at end of life.Current experience working as a Band 3 HCSW in a Community or ward setting is essential.Successful candidates will have undertaken the Promoting Effective Medicines Administration Practice (PMAP) programme and achieved or be working towards achieving competency particularly in relation to the support of patients with enteral feeding in the Community.Car owner/driver and current UK driving licence is required. Car must be LEZ compliant.Location and Hours
