She presents with significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including high levels of anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).E finds social situations challenging and can struggle to interpret facial expressions, social cues, and the intentions of others, which can increase her anxiety and impact her ability to engage with education. She also experiences sensory processing differences that affect her tolerance of noise, clothing, and aspects of daily routines.Academically, E requires support with literacy, numeracy, and information processing.
