Academic support in Maths and English is important, but creating a secure and supportive environment where the young person feels understood and valued will be the key to success.About the ProvisionWe are supporting this Year 9 student through a gradual reintegration pathway back into education.Initially, support will consist of:Home-based tuition and mentoringBuilding trust and positive relationshipsIncreasing confidence around learning and educationAs the young person becomes more comfortable, sessions may gradually progress into a school setting, with the long-term aim of helping them feel able to access mainstream education once again.Applicants must:Have a minimum of 6 months'' experience working within education...
