The Opportunity

We''re looking for experienced KS3 & KS4 Tutors to provide tailored 1:1 support to children and young people across Hampshire.

Working alongside Local Authorities, you''ll support learners who require alternative educational provision due to a range of circumstances, including SEND, anxiety, school avoidance, and disrupted education. Your role will be to help students make academic progress, build confidence, and develop a positive relationship with learning.

With flexible hours and a September start, this is an excellent opportunity for education professionals looking to make a meaningful impact through personalised tuition.

• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months'' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, mentoring, learning support, or similar roles
• Experience delivering lessons at KS3 and/or KS4
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areas
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated sessions
• Experience supporting students with SEND or EHCPs is advantageous
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel within your local area
