The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential and develop confidence in their learning.The RoleAs a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support across Key Stage 2, working with individuals, small groups, and whole-class activities. You will play an important role in helping pupils develop their literacy and numeracy skills while promoting positive engagement and behaviour.Key responsibilities include:Supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 2Delivering targeted interventions in Maths and EnglishWorking with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainmentAssisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisationEncouraging pupil participation, confidence and independenceSupporting pupils with varying learning needsPromoting a positive and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Holds a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification or has relevant school-based experienceHas good knowledge of the KS2 ..... full job details .....
