This is a full-time, ongoing role supporting pupils across Key Stage 2. The successful candidate must be confident supporting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs and able to build positive relationships within the classroom. The role will involve: * Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups * Delivering targeted interventions * Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities * Encouraging engagement and keeping children on task * Supporting children with behavioural and additional learning needs * Creating a positive and supportive learning environment The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience working in a school, nursery, or support worker setting * A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach * Strong behaviour management skills * The ability to commit to full-time hours, Monday-Friday * Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential This rol...
