Assessment and Tracking: Regularly assess student progress and implement effective strategies to support both high-achieving students and those requiring additional support. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being. Collaboration: Work alongside the KS2 team and other staff members to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning. Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure open communication and support for the children''s academic progress.Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS and Experience: It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.
