Key Stage 2 Teacher - Radlett, Hertfordshire

Salary: MPS1 - UPS1 (London Fringe): -34,400 - -48,900

A highly regarded primary school in Radlett is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 teacher to join their team without delay. The school operates as a one-form entry setting, with an additional class in Year 5, and continues to build on strong performance following a successful Ofsted inspection.

• Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 2, starting immediately
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Monitoring, assessing and reporting on pupil progress
• Maintaining a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with staff, parents and external agencies to support student development

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience teaching in a primary school, ideally within KS2
• Sound knowledge of:
  • Child development and effective learning strategies
  • Inclusive teaching and differentiation
  • High-quality teaching practices
  • Assessment and progress tracking
• Energetic, proactive and ready to contribute from the outset
