A 2-form entry primary school in Acton is looking for a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join its team from January 2027 on a full-time, long-term basis, with the role running through to the end of the academic year.

The school has an established teaching team and a strong focus on creating a positive learning environment where pupils are supported to achieve their potential. With two classes in each year group, teachers have opportunities to work collaboratively, share planning and resources, and contribute to the wider development of the school.

This is an opportunity for a teacher to take responsibility for a KS2 class, deliver engaging lessons and support pupils'' academic progress, confidence and independence throughout the remainder of the school year.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for teaching a KS2 class, planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum and ensuring pupils remain engaged and motivated in their learning.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Teaching English, maths and foundation subjects.
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
• Establishing clear classroom routines and maintaining positive behaviour.
• Supporting pupils to develop independence and confidence in their learning.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share planning, resources and ideas.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
