The successful candidate will be joining a school that values teamwork, high expectations and inclusive teaching.This role would suit an experienced KS2 Teacher or an ECT looking for a supportive school where they can develop their practice. There is also a strong focus on ensuring pupils with additional needs are appropriately supported within the classroom.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging KS2 lessonsFollow and develop the Primary National CurriculumDifferentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needsMaintain high standards of behaviour and classroom managementAssess pupil progress and provide appropriate feedbackBuild positive relationships with pupils and staffWork collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleaguesSupport pupils with SEN and adapt teaching where necessaryContribute to the wider life of the schoolQualifications/ExperienceQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualificationPrimary teaching experience, ideally within KS2Strong knowledge of the KS2 National CurriculumConfident classroom ..... full job details .....
