Job Description:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners in KS2
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and resilience
• Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure high standards of achievement
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development and wellbeing
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Desirable but not essential)
• Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strong classroom management skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment for all pupils
• Be confident in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
