Job Description:
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners in KS2
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, independence, and resilience
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress to ensure high standards of achievement
- Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development and wellbeing
- Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Desirable but not essential)
- Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strong classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment for all pupils
- Be confident in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
