The role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to students in Key Stage 2.
- Develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum that meets national educational standards.
- Use effective teaching strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and ensure progress.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess student progress through a range of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being.

The Ideal Candidate:andnbsp;
- Bachelor''s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to the holistic development of each child.
