Primary Teacher (KS2) - Full-Time Cover Role
Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP, Full-time, until 22nd July 2026

Simply Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Spilsby area of Lincolnshire. We are seeking a committed and experienced KS2 Primary Teacher to take on a full-time teaching role until the end of the academic year (22nd July 2026).

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator who is confident in delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum and has experience of preparing pupils for SATs. This is a cover role so there are no planning responsibilities, however light marking and assessment will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
• Prepare pupils for SATs, ensuring they are supported and challenged appropriately
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Experience preparing pupils for SATs
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passionate about supporting children''s learning and development
