You will create an inclusive learning environment where every child is supported and encouraged to achieve their best, adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs, including pupils with SEN. Working closely with colleagues and parents, you will monitor progress, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence and independence.
