Are you a passionate KS2 Teacher ready to make a real difference in a thriving and supportive school community?

Empowering Learning is proud to be working in partnership with a local Birmingham school to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full-time, long-term role starting as soon as possible and continuing until July 2026. There may also be an opening for September 2026 to continue at the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school where every child is encouraged to succeed, feel valued, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The Ideal KS2 Teacher Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching in UK primary schools, ideally within Key Stage 2
• Be passionate about delivering engaging and creative lessons
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be committed to inclusion and supporting every child to achieve their best
• Thrive as part of a collaborative and supportive team
• Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
