Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

• Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic progress

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A commitment to helping every child reach their full potential

• A positive attitude and ability to lead by example
