PK Education are delighted to be working in partnership with a primary school in Chesterfield to recruit a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a friendly, inclusive, and forward-thinking school where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a well-behaved and enthusiastic Year 4 class, delivering creative and engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.

The Role:

• Full-time Year 4 teaching position starting January 2026
• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive learning environment that promotes progress and well-being
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil achievement
• Potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 4
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to every lesson
• Be passionate about helping all children succeed
