Planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum for KS2, covering subjects such as English, Maths, Science and other foundation subjects. Creating an engaging learning environment that encourages pupils to participate, develop confidence and achieve their full potential. Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Managing classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom.WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
